Enhanced Mobility
T-Bin collapses down to below 17 feet in height for improved permitting and logistics.
- Quickly move between fields or yards
- Improved Resale Value
The T-Bin provides temporary grain storage capacity at the edge of the field, creating hours of “buffer time” for trucks to return to the field, while the combines and grain carts can run continuously. This reduces the risk of bottlenecking during harvest and allows farmers to operate with fewer drivers.
If the combine driver is also the truck driver, this makes their operations more efficient, as they can stay in the combine until they fill the T-Bin.
For larger producers, eliminating the trucking bottleneck with temporary storage results in savings in a variety of areas:
A 6,000-acre farm would normally operate with 2 combines, 1 grain cart, and 2 trucks during the day. However, with labour shortages, finding enough personnel to operate this equipment becomes the obstacle to operating efficiently. Being down just 1 truck can cripple an operation.
With 1 truck driver instead of 2, this operation may take 26 days of combining, and spend $17k / day on equipment, labour, and input costs. By using a T-Bin for staging during harvest, this producer can hire after-hours trucking to haul grain from the T-Bin to fixed storage once the combines have shut down.
Storage Size (bu) | Combine Days | Non-Stop Runtime | Savings at Harvest | |
---|---|---|---|---|
T-BIN | 10,000 | 15 | 5.56 | $150,000 |
No In-Field Storage | – | 26 | – | – |
By eliminating the trucking bottleneck and running combines at full output, a short-staffed producer can reduce their harvest days up by to 33% and save up to $150,000 per harvest.

Sell when you want to, not when you have to.
Each T-Bin could reduce the use of an estimated 2.5 Tonnes of single use plastic over a 20-year lifespan.
High volume storage option for both staging and long term storage.
One transport and lift kit can be shared amongst numerous T-Bins.
